Sand, Sync & Unite: A LinkUnite Beach Flow | Small Group Yoga Experience Led by Lisa Pumper
Lisa Pumper is a Yoga Educator, Wellness Experience Designer, Community Activator, and Event Producer, holding E-RYT 500® and YACEP® certifications. For more than two decades, she has created thoughtfully curated wellness experiences designed to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build meaningful connections.

Her path into meditation began in her teenage years in the mid-1980s, evolving into a lifelong practice of yoga, meditation, and the Eastern arts. In 1990 she deepened her Hatha Yoga studies through the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, and a challenging pregnancy in 2000 led her to Bihar Yoga Nidra, mantra, and Nada Yoga — shaping her lasting focus on restorative practice.

Rooted in the Krishnamacharya lineage, her teaching integrates Ashtanga Vinyasa, Sivananda, Iyengar, Kundalini, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and yogic philosophy. She began teaching professionally in 2001, and since 2008 has directed Yoga Community of Florida's 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training programs. She is also a Usui Master Reiki Practitioner and Vedic Thai Yoga practitioner.

Drawing on a background in VIP hospitality and event production in New York City and Miami, Lisa is known for intentionally crafting every detail of an experience — environment, movement, breath, sound, and hospitality — so guests feel genuinely cared for. Since 2008 she has led Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga & Wellness, where thousands have experienced sunrise beach yoga, full moon gatherings, and nature-inspired programs.
