She began her career in public accounting as a CPA and, after returning to her hometown of Austin, she was unable to resist the high-energy startup tech space, ultimately spending 8+ years in Executive roles across Finance and HR.

During this time, she developed a deep curiosity for cultivating resilient company cultures, alongside the most important team culture of all, her family’s, this passion led her to Executive coaching.

Speaker 2 - Michelle Mayes, VP of Data Sciene at Pushnami | Session: Deploying AI agents that are actually useful inside your organization requires more context than simply using a chatbot.
Deploying AI agents that are actually useful inside your organization requires more context than simply using a chatbot. It demands thoughtful orchestration across internal tools, data sources, and human workflows. This session covers practical patterns for building production-grade agents: connecting to knowledge bases and codebases, managing conversations that span hours or days, knowing when to act autonomously versus pause for human judgment, and keeping outputs grounded in your actual business context rather than hallucinations.

We'll use Pushnami's autonomous AI Product Manager as a case study. This is an AI agent that takes vague feature requests and transforms them into implementation-ready specs by searching internal docs, reviewing similar past work, querying relevant data, and conducting multi-turn dialogue with stakeholders. The result: 100+ hours saved weekly and 90% faster time to implementation. Attendees will leave with actionable patterns for deploying AI agents in their own organizations.

1.00 pm - 2.00 pm CST [The High Road]
Networking Lunch - Lunch Sandwich Bar & House Salad
Let’s keep the energy flowing with a buffet-style lunch designed for connection, conversation, and a little culinary delight. Step away from the sessions and into a relaxed space where meeting new people is just as important as what’s on your plate.

Grab a plate of locally inspired favorites, find an open seat next to someone you haven’t met yet, and enjoy some real talk over real food. Whether you’re diving into shop talk or swapping stories about your Boston adventures, this is your time to refuel and recharge—together.

It’s casual, it’s cozy, and it’s the perfect setting to turn a quick hello into your next great connection.
