Kristina Waltrip, CPCC brings a blend of financial acumen, operational leadership, and human-centered insight to her work. She began her career in public accounting as a CPA and, after returning to her hometown of Austin, she was unable to resist the high-energy startup tech space, ultimately spending 8+ years in Executive roles across Finance and HR.
During this time, she developed a deep curiosity for cultivating resilient company cultures, alongside the most important team culture of all, her family’s, this passion led her to Executive coaching.
For the past five years, as a Certified Executive Coach, Kristina has partnered with Executive and Senior leaders to navigate growth, complexity, and change, through 1:1 coaching, leadership retreats, in-person strategy Summits, and virtual training workshops. Her perspective bridges processes, strategy, and people, to help organizations and leaders cultivate resilient mindsets and robust company cultures.
