About Matt

Matt Tillman is a 20+ year veteran of financial services marketing and serves as President of the financial services lead generation company, RateMarketplace.com. Matt previously served as the SVP/GM for Zeta Global’s financial services business. Prior to Zeta, Matt was the Head of Sales of Adchemy, Inc (acquired by Zeta Global), the Co-Founder of FastFind.com (acquired by Bankrate), and worked in various roles at GetSmart.com (acquired by LendingTree) and Wells Fargo Bank.

Matt is on the Board of Directors of the Professional Association of Consumer Engagement (PACE), the Consumer Consent Council and serves as the Chair of the Diversity Task Force and is the Vice Chairman of Blacks in Performance Marketing. Matt also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Opportunity Junction a non-profit in workforce development and is the Second Vice President of Membership of the Clayton Business and Community Association (CBCA), a community association focused on local philanthropy.

About Tracy

Tracy Laney brings decades of mortgage and performance marketing expertise to the industry. She’s a relationship builder and problem solver extraordinaire, making the complex seem like a breeze.

When she’s not conquering the business world, Tracy enjoys lakeside living on Lake Oconee with her boyfriend. She’s a proud mom supporting her two daughters through college, and when she has a moment to relax, a glass of wine, a back deck, and time on the water are her go-to happy places.

About Debbie

I am a married, mom of two great kids, Kansas City sports fan and have a lot of energy! August 2023 will be seven years I have been in this industry and so glad I made the jump into something I knew nothing about. The Lead Group has given me the opportunity to grow and learn so much and I am so grateful to be here. We are a Lead Generation company focusing on Personal Loan and other financial opportunities. We bring over a decade of experience in lead generation while continuing to grow and expand. Let me know if you ever want to hear more about what we do in the Finance space!

In my free time, you can find me walking (very many miles), volunteering with NCL, hanging with friends, at my kids activities or watching some dumb reality TV show.

I love the people I have met, places I get to go and friends I have made. This is not just a job for me but it has become amazing life-long friendships and relationships.  LinkUnite for me started on a napkin in Boston at LeadsCon where we added women in the industry’s names who we wanted to be a part of LinkUnite with Amanda and Sara. It is truly such an honor to be a part of this and see what LinkUnite can do for me and others.

Amanda and Sara have built this for us to utilize for many business reasons, meet talented women in the industry and to be there whenever you need them. Congrats to both of them for turning a dream we thought up in a bar in Boston into a reality!

About Amanda

Amanda Farris is a charismatic business woman and is the CEO and Founder of LinkUnite, a movement aimed at supporting women in the performance marketing space. With years of experience working in the industry, Amanda has gained valuable knowledge and relationships that have fueled her growth as a leader. Throughout her career, she has held various high-level positions, including Director, VP, and CSO. Her passion for the performance marketing industry and her drive to make a positive impact have made her a rising star in the field.

LinkUnite is a movement, born out of necessity and driven by myself and Sara Malo. We sat at the hotel bar with some of our favorite industry people and started a list of all the women in the industry we knew were juggernauts in this space and that could help us build something like this. LinkUnite’s mission is to create a supportive community of women in the industry, and Amanda has dedicated herself to making that goal a reality.

About Sara

I am a single Mom of two amazing humans. I am a veteran marketer with 22 years of experience in digital marketing and the marketing events industry. Through this time, I have been the secret sauce at many of our Industry Events (LinkUnite, Affiliate Summit, AGS and MailCon, currently Lead Generation World, Contact.io and the AFFY Expo.)

I believe in self-branding and staying true to yourself. I am lucky enough to work with two of the industry veterans. I am collaborating with Michael Ferree the Founder and CEO of Lead Generation World. Together we are developing the best industry Events out there; Lead Generation World, Contact.io & AFFYExpo. Amanda Farris and I are co-founders of LinkUnite; a women’s movement in digitial marketing. Amanda and I are who we are – which is loyal, genuine and country women who would rather be in flip-flops or slippers over heels any day of the week. Together we are master networkers and I consider the Digital Marketing Industry our second family.

In my free time I volunteer in my community heading up several non-profits and I used to Coach my daughter’s athletic teams before she got to High-School. On my lunch breaks, I run far and often. Running keeps me grounded and my sneakers are my best friends. In addition to running I love to hike, cycle, play all sports and I am a huge Boston sports fan.

If I had one wish besides the ability to bring back loved one’s that have passed away it would be that people didn’t judge others. Life is already hard enough and we do not know what someone is dealing with. Just being kind to someone struggling may turn their life around.
 
My life goal is to make sure my daughter becomes the Woman she is capable of being and only allowing healthy relationships in her life and to make sure my son becomes a respectable Man who knows how to treat a woman. If I can accomplish those two my life will be complete.
